Work life balance is good

- Frontend Team was so supportive and helped me through some bumps. -Weekend off. Didn't expected a startup company to provide this. -Comapred averagely good salary pack than rest of the start up.

-No agile based development. -Management doesn't keep tracks of the development well and it bloats upon the developer as an issue from testers. -Company timing finishes off at 7 but will be in a meeting till 9 sometimes in the name of scrum call. -Promoting the lead work to youngsters than experienced person creates a disturbance in the hierarchy.
