snacks and some of the poeple were good

most people are unhappy here. basically no diversity... it's usually low level operator roles. they don't invest in employees wellbeing. lots of people have quit from burnout and being overworked. basically everyone ive talked to is miserable and doesnt like leadership. most think the company will go under. most are waiting to get laid-off so they can collect unemployment.

Thank you for giving this feedback, and I truly am so sorry about the experience that you had, and for creating an environment that didn't support you through your time at Crafty. That really is the opposite of what we want to do, and if you're open to it, I'd love to hear more and so we can make sure that it's not an experience anyone has to go through again. At times, the company struggles to find its market fit, which may impact job security and growth prospects. The company is not a tech-focused organization, so technical roles may experience limited strategic direction and less developed leadership support. Technology initiatives may lack clear strategy, which can affect project outcomes and role growth in tech positions.
