Great company - Recensione dipendente - Military Support Specialist presso Craig Hospital

I love Craig, it is fun and you learn a lot of very specific things to SCI you wouldn't learn anywhere else. You really make a difference in the lives of your patients and their families and it is such a pleasure to care for them and get to know everyone. The hospital CEO also has great values and you can see them throughout the whole hospital.

Hospital could show a little more acknowledgement to the RT dept. Sometimes we went overlooked and all the RT's work so hard. But overall still a great place...would say it would hard to find a better job as an RT than at this amazing hospital with the best management

Truly some of the best and brightest co-workers you could ever hope to have. Everyone goes above and beyond every day. This hospital has incredible resources and a wonderful Foundation that works tirelessly to raise funds.

Going 'above and beyond' every day is not for everyone and can easily lead to burnout. Although the patients and their families are generally incredible, they are also going through incredibly tough stuff and being a constant support can be emotionally draining if you don't work hard to set boundaries and recharge outside of work Large scale changes at the hospital can sometimes feel reactive rather than proactive.
