Great people, work/life balance, and supportive environment. Opportunities to work with people who are experts in their field and become a part of a company with a long history of industrial paper making for U.S. currency. Located in the heart of the Berkshires, there is a lot to explore in the area (especially if you enjoy nature & arts/ culture).

If you like nature, there is plenty to do in the area. Pittsfield (the closest city) is a little bit of a sleepy town though!

The people in Nashua are great to work with and everyone really cares about making a fantastic product. The culture of safety and quality are outstanding. Those that I worked with at other sites were all well versed in their areas and most people generally wanted to help move improvements and the business forward.

Upper management within Crane Currency is fractured and doesn't provide clear direction or priorities. Several vice presidents will have initiatives they are driving, requiring work by the same group of people at the site without planning for the resourcing required or adjusting timelines.
