A somewhat laid back work environment.

Svantaggi

They pay way under the "market value", but will gaslight you and say they're paying very competitive wages, and you won't be able to find a place that pays more. Yet, I left and got a job paying way more. They treat workers like they're expendable. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever worked in.

Don't pay well/ the new higher budget is greater than the raise budget. You will have new guys come in making more than you with 2 years less experience.
