A company known for family values is being destroyed by businessmen/women who believe making an example of stores "failures" is the best way to increase profit and productivity.
Everything you are asked to do in a day is given a specific time limit that does not take in to consideration getting involved with a customer or other task.
Stores are "graded" based on performance, and "rated" to make an example of them.
Reviews have "exceeds and far exceeds" options, but you are told that you will never get them. (So why would anyone bother trying to achieve that?)
Structure of management does not hold store manager accountable. Nobody monitors the tasks that the store manager is doing. If the store is making numbers, the store manager must be doing their job. All other staff is held accountable for everything that needs to happen in the store.
I have never worked somewhere where SO many people come in unhappy every day to a place that used to be productive and fun.
