Cream is an equal opportunities employer, family run feel offering excellent prospects to learn, develop and grow with the business. Really good commission scheme which is uncapped. Some amazing people and characters in the team who will do anything they can to support you.

Like all commission based roles the basic is just that, no official sick pay and minimum holiday days.

The free biscuits or doughnuts

Worst job I’ve ever had, they say they will train you and provide you with no support. You get swore at with inappropriate comments made and treated like you are stupid. They expect you to know what to do but won’t teach you how to get there. Say you will get paid loads of commission but you won’t. You work long hours for rubbish pay and never get full breaks.
