Higher turnover amongst employees making training/communication sometimes challenging

Pays well, overtime not required, fellow employees are nice and helpful, they contribute to 401k. They give nice quartly bonuses when they can.

Upper management changes they're mind too often with plans. Insurance sucks and is a bit expensive. Communication isn't great (seems a common issue everywhere)
