Jennifer hires extremely talented people. So, you’ll always be around enormously talented people with interesting personalities. I got free art classes as a perk which was great. She also did staff meals during staff meetings which was nice.

Longer hours would have been nice. Also, being alone in an art studio for a few hours is a bit lonely. By the time I left, all the other teachers, students, and staff members would come in. I'd greet them and then my shift was done.

Create art studio is diverse and inclusive. The staff are welcoming, warm, and very kind. Jen is a great manager who is easily approachable and makes the staff feel like the studio is home!
