Great staff, benefits & varied work. Overall a good experience.

It's basically a shop that has a TV department, some may find the balance towards sales and the way they communicate to their customers too high pressure. Too many managers. I never had a manager that knew what they were doing. The structure is not comparable to a real TV production company so roles do not follow traditional job titles and duties.
