Inclusive workplace, meaningful work, helpful training, supportive community within the organization. I loved working here and would still be here if I could work with my newborn strapped to me. I recommend this job for musicians/performers here in the "Live Music Capitol" it is a job that will work well with your schedule and allow you to give back while still being creative.

I have no cons about this job it has been one of the best jobs I ever had.

They can build you up from nothing. This was my first job ever in the workforce, and it was a damn good one. I built numerous skills in this position that I would have never gained at other companies. The community within the company is strong and embedded within the austin. There is a emphasis on being local and supporting each other!

Can't say much about the individuals, but I will say... The leadership at the top seems a little disjointed... non-cohesive. Their lack of clarity on the future can and has trickled down to other employees, and we have been put in several uncomfortable situations and talks.
