If you want a good paying career and like working outdoors, you will find Creative to be an excellent home. They will train the willing an able to do the job. They train you well before they send you on your own. You will ride with an experienced field tech for several months of intensive learning prior to working on your own. Once you become proficient you will be eligible for overtime and performance bonuses.

There are times when they get super busy and you have to work overtime. While getting time and half is great, the time away from family is not.

Lots to learn about cable and internet installation and trouble shooting. Sometimes you meet really nice customers.

Dumping lazy techs work on others when you are on your way home, dispatch has no concept of managing schedules, disrespectful verbally abusive managers, little to no recognition for hard work and dedication. Do not waste your time with this company. You will waste your gas, time, and sanity. They do not offer insurance, you get screwed out of pay for jobs that take hours, and no one, including your direct supervisor cares.
