Friendly staff, rapidly expanding, most staff willing to help out.

Biting off more than they can chew, fundamental problems with part quality which unfortunately affects end user due to lack of product development. More of a reactive approach to problems rather than proactive. Certain management try there best however are usually superseded by Senior management which leads to a toxic atmosphere towards employee moral. Senior management have a hire and fire mentality to temporary staff instead of training them to deliver better products.

They give you the PPE you need only cause they are legally required to. At least the safety supervisor cares, but like every department isn't given the tools to do the job "It's not for everybody" so if you enjoy overlooking safety and exposing yourself to many things then it's a great job to risk your health.

Exposure to toxic chemicals on a daily basis that management thinks is no big deal Lack of proper PPE. Very hostile work environment Chemical burns Epoxy and resin sensitivity They make low offers on the job and you should counter with higher wage offer
