You get to work on large-scale tier 1 healthcare projects, interacting with a very large and diverse ecosystem of stake holders. It is surely for someone who is genuinely passionate about healthcare design. I was reading the current reviews and thought I should definitely share my two scents as the project scale is huge, team is collaborative and supportive, yes some days are stressful but isn't that what architecture was all about? It seems like a growing firm and should most definitely have long-term growth opportunities for its team!
