Creative Fabrica has highly unstable leadership and no coherent long-term strategy. All-hands meetings are used to tell success stories that do not match reality. Internally, the company is struggling financially, yet leadership avoids honest communication and transparency. Management is chaotic and heavily driven by the CEO’s ego rather than sound business principles. Direction changes frequently, decisions feel impulsive, and there is little evidence of experienced leadership capable of running or scaling a serious company. There is no real employee relationship feedback is not encouraged unless it aligns with leadership’s narrative. The company constantly talks about values and culture, but this is largely performative. The day-to-day experience does not reflect what is publicly promoted, and trust is extremely low. It is also hard to take the overall Glassdoor rating seriously. Many of the positive reviews appear to be written or influenced by management, seemingly in an effort to artificially maintain a reasonable score. Fake enthusiasm, vague praise, and misleading comments are common, which further undermines credibility and reinforces the lack of authenticity at the company. Overall, there is a severe disconnect between image and reality, driven by poor leadership and a culture built on appearances rather than substance.
