Sales management relied heavily on rigid, old-school practices. For a company that invests heavily in AI, it felt inconsistent to insist on strictly following MEDDPIC sales tactics. Commission payments had to be tracked manually and required multiple follow-ups to receive, and they were not always paid on time as outlined in the contract.
