CITI has been my entry to the corporate world where I had the opportunity to intern with them and then they offered me a full time employment. CITI has a constructive structure in their processes and guides in every step of your career. The management here is so friendly that everyone knows you by your name, including our CEO. I have this opportunity to work on CITI's Case Management system and over the years I have never failed to notice their devotion towards their products, teams, culture and a constant urge of innovation in their products. With a great deal of dedication towards their work they have stepped in and carried their projects over the path of success repeatedly and if at all there was any failure, it was always looked upon as an opportunity to do better and keep improving.
