Svantaggi
My time at Creative Information Technology India was nothing short of a nightmare. Unfortunately, I have to highlight the toxic work culture, the absence of work-life balance, and the disrespectful treatment of employees by some members of the higher management. From day one, it was evident that the company lacked a healthy work environment. Employees were constantly burdened with unrealistic deadlines and excessive workloads. The constant pressure to meet unreasonable targets took a toll on our mental and physical well-being. The company seemed more focused on achieving short-term gains rather than fostering a sustainable and supportive work atmosphere. One of the most glaring issues was the complete disregard for work-life balance. The management seemed to have no concern for the personal lives and well-being of their employees. Overtime became the norm rather than the exception, with late nights and weekends spent at the office. There was no consideration given to personal commitments, and employees were expected to prioritize work over everything else. This led to severe burnout and a detrimental impact on overall morale. Additionally, some higher-level executives' lack of respect and appreciation was profoundly disheartening. Employees were often treated as mere cogs in the machine, with no consideration for their ideas, opinions, or growth. The communication channels were one-sided, with little to no feedback provided on performance or opportunities for professional development. It was evident that some members of the management team held an outdated and hierarchical view of the workplace, treating employees as nothing more than disposable resources. The combination of toxic work culture, absence of work-life balance, and disrespectful treatment from higher management created an environment that was emotionally draining and demotivating. It hindered personal and professional growth and made it nearly impossible to thrive in such circumstances. I cannot in good conscience recommend Creative Information Technology India to anyone seeking a healthy and fulfilling work experience. Organizations must prioritize the well-being and growth of their employees, as this ultimately leads to improved productivity and success. Sadly, this was not the case at Creative Information Technology India, and my time there was marked by disappointment and frustration.
