No pros for this company, they hassle you to complete jobs then do not pay

They pay supposedly fortnightly, however have an excuse EVERY fortnight why payments were missed. When submitting reports, they will repeatedly make mistakes when reviewing your work so they miss payment deadlines. They are never available to address issues with lack of payments and will take weeks to respond via email and phone however continuously hassle you to complete further jobs, even when they have yet to pay for work completed months ago.

If you do not have any permanent jobs Moreover, you are from foreign country and want to know about work culture then they gave you opportunity without any delay.
