Strong Leadership in the executive wing that allow rapid growth by allowing ideas from any and everyone who suggests them, and actually following through. EVERYONE HAS A VOICE, and LEADERSHIP LISTENS.

      The company was privately held and did an amazing job of being open to innovative ideas and had an entrepreneur spirt. As an employee I always felt like I was valued and that my opinions were being heard, appreciated, and/or used.
