      The owner is pretty chill. He's knowledgeable in the industry and is fair when he receives complaints, researching before jumping to conclusions. His daughter works there and he treats her like everyone else.

      There's a couple of employees that continue to do wrong, continue to disappoint clients, and they don't get fired. No one gets fired, ever. It's difficult to find managers, so they will get away with just about anything.
