Wealth Managers expect you to be their clean up crew and servant, while rarely acknowledging the stress and hard work that goes into the extreme knowledge and detail of our job. Back office is treated as second class, ignorant and ignored by the rest of the company as even existing until they need something done RIGHT NOW or they are looking for someone to blame. If you are not a Sales Person, Creative Planning doesn't really care about you. If you dont plan to become one, there isn't really a career path for you.
