Focused n target oriented. As in work and dsr had to be updated daily. Unscheduled leave were not accepted. Culture in the office is very friendly n family type , which sets the expectation that other organisations will also b the same but I have changed 3 organisations all were tough . Though where I am today I am getting handsome package but too professional
