Larger established companies belong to owner. Smaller products for sale are high maintenance and not competitive with other products or practical with others already available on market. Long ROI. Poor or no financing options. Too small a company for advancement. Poor management with no training or support. No real sales plan in place or direction. Dingy work environment. Weak uncompetitive benefits offered. Oddly, quiet environment. No celebrating sales successes. Overall amateurish.
