Pros: Modern Tech Stack: Engineering is currently in a technology revitalization phase, moving toward modern, relevant tech like Python APIs, React, and robust AWS services (DynamoDB). Great Culture & People: The engineering culture is collaborative and supportive. Coworkers are smart, motivated, and always willing to help. Leadership Accessibility: The leadership team is transparent and approachable, with weekly company-wide meetings where you can ask questions directly. Opportunities for Growth: There is room to learn and grow, especially if you are proactive about taking on new challenges.

Mandatory RTO Policy: The main downside is the recent, rigid return-to-office mandate requiring 3 days a week in the Southfield, MI office. There is little flexibility allowed for switching days, even if you are ill.
