Sales team core had a good team feel , setters worked very hard

Toxic culture , sexual discrimination, untruthful warning potentials, no bonus structures and/or changing constantly , CEO disconnected, COO fake, HR hides infractions for years until they were caught red handed, then say it’s not their ‘culture’. Team got so big there were no leads to work so most days work was 3 hours. There are currently 4 old employees have lawsuits for wrongful termination because of retaliation.

Sadly, all 5 star reviews are incentives for employees. This company is being ran 100% by the CEO who is overly involved in every single aspect and has no clear idea on what to do. Which often led to weeks of work on a project or task just for it to never be launched or last minute changed. It got exhausting fast. Additionally, there's zero culture where you only know the team you work on and never speak with anyone else in the company. With a work from home job, that's pretty lonely most the time. There's also zero information ever given to anyone in the company. All we would hear is how great things are going in weekly company standups and then two days later 10 people would be let go with no warning or even an acknowledgement. But with my time there, that seemed to be a common endless cycle: "CEO comes up with idea, teams start working on ideas, idea either fails or switches last minute, get yelled at by CEO for the idea that he came up with no working, entire team is fired, CEO comes up with idea, teams start working on ideas, idea either fails or switches last minute..." It goes on and on and on. Credit Suite is running in place and because the talent that cycles through the doors are never able to actually do their jobs, a lot of great people are being left in the dust by a CEO who always like to run forward regardless of the cliff a few feet ahead. Lastly, whatever pay you are making when you are hired on is going to be the pay you end up leaving with (or close to it). They have zero yearly review or promotion strategy in place for employees. After working there for three years, I requested a small raise and was told a very HR response as to why I couldn't receive one. You deserve better than Credit Suite. It's all a ploy to bring in talented and smart people. But once you see behind the curtain, that changes instantly.
