This company has been in existence for decades, and the only thing that they flood money into is the services that they offer. They pay everyone the same base salary so you can work with the company for ages and a pay increase be discouraged, but also the commissions are weak. They need to incentivize their sales team more, but instead will keep hiring new people instead of investing in their longstanding team members. The company is not profitable, and probably never grow because of their dated methods of team building, management, and discouraging growth opportunities.
