Small scale, Not good for long term. Don't fall for salary! - Recensione dipendente - Senior Java Engineer presso Creospan

This is a very small scale service company in India and has very limited clients. Thus there is no much job security. I was supposed to join a banking client (3 rounds + 1 client round) but that engagement didn't go as expected. So had work for support project and it was pathetic. Not at all organized, rude behaviour of managers, not at all supportive. Don't see any career growth or legible opportunities in such company. Better you opt for more defined roles where you can grow technically, professionally.
