6yThank you for your feedback. It's really disappointing to hear about these experiences you've had with Crest and we take your comments seriously when it comes to feeding this back to the business. Lots of changes are happening at Crest which include a change in business strategy to make processes and policies more robust and consistent across the regions, some new Leadership in different areas of the buisness, better staff visibility and working practices. Whilst these were not in effect when you were working for us, we want to be very clear we are working to improve on the points you have made and are moving forward with these positive steps with better ways of working in the office and on site.
