Adding more workload and not replacing employees who leave has resulted in those who stay shouldering twice as much work, without receiving any pay raises or recognition for their efforts. This situation should be assessed on an individual basis, rather than waiting until January when everyone gets the same pay increase. Also no promotions and when you ask how to get one, they say they do not know what are the processes. The company claims to prioritize quality, but in reality, their focus is solely on meeting numbers to impress the CEO and appease the directors. Furthermore, the Sales Director's behaviour is a significant issue. Her own team consistently complains about her, and no one wants to work with her. Not a single person within the company has a positive thing to say about her. She makes the entire job unbearable because she doesn't listen to anyone but herself and constantly talks over others. She was the primary reason why I left the job, even though I didn't work directly within her team but she made my days bad enough which resulted in being depressed and unmotivated. She cannot even address you in an email as you are not equal to her.
