Some of the shop floor lads great to get on with & made the job enjoyable. My experience here made me a better person & a better professional.

Lack of direction from senior management, Victorian like software & tools for the job, lack of process control & poor communication between departments. Knowledge used as a divisive tool rather than something to be shared. Blame culture encouraged without taking 'lessons learned'.
