This was a great place to work. No cons

The culture is fantastic. Executive management is positive, rewarding, fun, and passionate. Colleagues are experienced, dedicated, credentialed and love their work. The workload is completely do-able. There is a consistent team approach to most situations. All members have an important voice in the process. Management style is upbeat, encouraging, collaborative and open to new ideas. The management really understand the importance of making their team feel appreciated and valued as team members.

Challenges are minimal to none. Pay could be better, but hard work is recognized and rewarded in other ways, too. Health insurance costs are quite expensive and the plan doesn't cover as much as compared to other agencies. As an agency, they are outgrowing their current location and building space is limited.
