Toxic Environment. Toxic Management. From the time I have been here, more employees have quit the company than those have joined and those of us who are still here are planning to quit. Such is the environment here. You will asked to crack interviews, onboard into client companies and work for client and also work on the in-house projects all without any bonus and you have to put in extra time. The work here is also not good, you don't proper guidance, you will have to research and work, but they won't give time for research. So you will have to put in extra hours. If there is a new task you have to do which you are not aware of, then you are screwed, the only thing you will hear from the management is "I don't know, I want it today anyhow". There will be no help, no guidance and no sympathy. They will scold you very badly in front of everyone. They will not teach you anything, but will expect you to know everything and also will not give you time to learn anything.
