No hike for the last 2 years. Even the year before that the hike was <10% for everybody. The best performing employee and those employees who hardly work end up getting the same hike. The CEO is totally clueless about how the teams are functioning and is reachable only to a select few people. It has gone downhill big time in the last few years. Every opportunity for a growth in the career space is rejected and the same set of people close to the management keep reaping all benefits while the rest just slog like thankless laborors.
