Amazing products-the hardware, software, engineering team does a great job Pay and benefits are higher than regular UT companies

No career development or succession planning. They keep you at your position forever. They fire you anytime the bosses do not get along with you. We have heard of them bringing talented people to Utah and then firing them in a month. No job security, no formal review process. All subjective. Leaders are not skilled in the area they are managing. like Marketing and Creative. They have just been in company for a long time and so got their place in the company. No leadership skill whatsoever. Don’t know what they are doing. They are lucky they have such a great Product team supporting them in the craft industry where there is no really other competitor.

I loved my team. I had incredible benefits, and the projects we worked on were always so fun.

They moved from a flexible hybrid schedule to encouraging people basically to come back to office. That's why I ultimately left because I wanted a job where I didn't have to put my kid in childcare.

People are careful about what they say to avoid backlash - Instances of inappropriate workplace behavior, including the use of racially insensitive language, which is not always adequately addressed - Feels like image matters more than employees or integrity - Be skeptical of overly positive reviews; they may not reflect the reality many employees experience
