Once you reach Tier 3 there is little room for growth within Customer Service. However, if you work in South Jordan you can move to other departments. Retail hours, so this means you get Christmas Day off, but not the days surrounding it, Etc.

They moved from a flexible hybrid schedule to encouraging people basically to come back to office. That's why I ultimately left because I wanted a job where I didn't have to put my kid in childcare.
