mgrs are slow to adapt since they been in the same company for 20+ yrs n think they know best . They make staff work long hrs thinking it will boost productivity . Zero open comms culture as mgr will just laugh in ur face n favor those with connections . The whole culture is v toxic as there are a lot of gossiping & the mgrs don't seem to care . HR chases each individual to complete a supposed anonymous employee wellbeing survey .
