Your job is to respond to crisis so its important to stay on top of your coping skills, otherwise you can experience compassion fatigue or just be triggered during a high stress situation.

Interactions with clients are wonderful.

Tracking of nearly all aspects of employee activity (down to five-minute increments). A for-profit company and feels as such. Extremely high turnover due to high stress and disorganization. Low levels of respect from management.
