For fresher This company is good....

Very low salary..... Salary will not be issued in proper date...Delay of 10 to15 days... No employee concern... People will tell us to complete the project within one week.. No coding review is done... They , People need output..thatall...They doesnt want whether coding is optimized or not... No designer is also present...Developer is a designer..... Enterpriser application or small application complete time will be not more thant one week...So coding standard will not be maintained... No compensation will be provided.... Work will be done one month continously without sleeping,eating,brushing too..they people will not care about that.... No hike will be provided... Yearly once incentive will be provided...This , is to tally the hike... This..is not product based company .... It is service based... They wont allow you to be in one domain....Often domain will be switched... They will make bond for one year....If u relieve before the bond completed...Then You should 3 month salary...Most , of employees are breaking the bond and leaving the company...with this amount only CRIPS is running...

I worked in crisp system more than a year. Good place to learn, no restrictions for learning. Half of the farmer employees got selected in top MNCs with knowledge in crisp.

Low salary, but compared to other start ups in Coimbatore its a decent one. unorganized work plan, little more work pressure. You have to work more than 2 projects at the same time.
