It has been years since I quit but I never wrote a review because I was honestly scared. This place is so toxic, I wouldn't be surprised if a documentary is later written about how horrible the work environment is. All the negative reviews displayed are so spot on, I don't know if it should make me happy that I wasn't alone or sad that the toxicity is still occurring and management is doing nothing to change it. Leaving Crisp was one of the best decisions I've ever made and I couldn't be happier with where I am at in my career... at an awesome company with the best boss who believes in work/life balance, is empathetic, understanding and pushes me to be the best version of myself without belittling me. The grass is greener on the other side!
Crisp's CEO straight up told me family should always come 2nd to work. That is where I drew the line and put in my 2 weeks.
