Upon first getting hired, first impressions of the company were good. Then not long after, the CEO started distancing himself and handing off the reigns to the COO who is driving the company to the ground. I have never seen such poor organization, communication, and lack of management skills. And that’s when things started to change. Retention is so bad, they’re loosing 1 person a week. If you have been there a year, you are considered a veteran. And be ready to absorb the responsibilities of the fallen because you’ll end up wearing multiple hats without compensation - and don’t dare to bring that to light or you’ll have a target on your back. I have never been more disappointed with how an establishment has handled leadership, moral issues, and accountability. The expectations for employees are not the same expectations for upper management. KPI’s are how you get your monthly bonus, but your KPI won’t be something that actually correlates to how well you’re doing your job, but what your peer is responsible for - so that you have push your peers and are reliant on their performance to get your bonus. They do whatever to try and blur the lines to try and not have to pay out bonuses. It creates a hostile work environment and discredits anything you do well. Watch out for cliques, it is very much a “rules are for thee, not me” mentality. Very high school like. Lots of favoritism and accommodations for those that act as puppets and don’t question, so if you see room for improvement or better efficiency, don’t mention it - they always know best. Be cautious of the good reviews, often times current employees are highly encouraged to leave those..… there are so many red flags it wouldn’t surprise me if there was a documentary about this place one day. Having lawyers as clients, they believe they are above all and try to intimidate people with that. I’m glad I left when I did - not good for your mental health, and no boundaries with work/life balance. The toxic culture consists of overly positive manipulations and false promises. Could not recommend this place any less.
