Vantaggi
The people, both in my department and across the company, are genuinely kind, helpful, and collaborative — it’s a strong culture with a team that wants to see you succeed. There’s no shortage of opportunities, but you do have to raise your hand, step up, and go after them. I have a lot of autonomy in my role and feel trusted to do work that actually matters and makes an impact on our clients' lives and businesses. If you’re proactive, open to feedback, and truly want to learn, there’s a lot of room to grow here. Just in a few short years, I’ve had multiple opportunities to lead high-impact trainings and workshops, mentor and be mentored by some incredible teammates, and contribute to meaningful projects. It's worth noting that most reviews are either one star or five, and that tracks. It’s a fast-paced, high-expectation place. If you need a ton of structure or don’t like change, this probably won’t feel like a fit. But if you like being trusted to figure things out, and you care about doing meaningful work with good people, you’ll probably thrive here.
Svantaggi
Sometimes decisions get made or rolled out without a lot of context, which can make it hard to stay aligned. There’s also a heavy focus on sales numbers, even if you're not on the sales team, which can feel a little disconnected depending on what your day-to-day looks like.
