Training provided is excellent. Central city location.

The firm is 99% caucasian. The equity partners are all caucasian males. The equity partners commonly state things that make employees feel incredibly uncomfortable - usually aurrounding diversity. The culture is to ignore this. You will probably feel like a number and not a person. HR follow guidelines to a tee, even if the outcome is silly. The auditor turnaround is very high - at least two new members of staff a month who are not retained.
