2yHello, colleague! Thank you, your comments are very pertinent! As you’re aware, we were never a remote company; we were always hybrid so effectively nothing has changed. Teams still have the autonomy and flexibility to manage their work as best as they can. Regarding our hiring processes, we always believe in the candidates' potential and what they can bring to our company in the long term. Hiring for the project is a short term fix. Hiring the person for who they are will yield better results in the long run. Additionally, our model also allows developers of different proficiency levels to learn and grow together, having the opportunity to participate in distinct projects if they wish for.
