Your supervisor and team members addressed these issues with you on multiple occasions, offering guidance on the behaviors and performance standards that needed improvement. Unfortunately, these concerns continued despite repeated conversations and corrective actions.

At times, this requires setting clear boundaries around conduct in order to protect both the team and the company. As stated in our policies, theft is not tolerated, and this ultimately resulted in the termination of your employment.
