East HR with zero pedigree with fraud college degrees if you go through the profile in social platform. Only there to onboard with misguide in channel sales. Walk ins happens like BPO. 90% TSMs are either store managers or distributor manpowers with basic graduation. Zero HR policies as you have to work for 12 hours every day. Almost every week offs you have to work with mid nights of 12 am.. mediclaim only 3.3 lacs with multiple norms to avail. Your expenses will be on hold due to company budget. On the name of channel sales you have to do all the works what a distributor manpowers do as they don't have those manpowers..don't even join if you came from a reputed organization or having MBA.
