Management here do not give a damn about you individually. It’s all an act to make people think it’s a good place to be - it really is not. No matter how much effort you put into the role you will never get anything back. Commission is impossible to gain unless you are a part of the ‘favourtised’ group who get commission given to them on a plate. The sales team is failing. For anyone working here now or thinking of joining please take the time to make the right decision and leave. Do not waste your time for an interview. Croner will reply back to this review stating that this is a false portrait of the company. Ask yourself why so many people come and go. This business is all about making more and more money and does not care what people they trample over in the process
