I understand this have changed in the past few years, but my tenure with C&C was marred by a failure to invest in the needs of doing good digital work. A failure to staff in appropriate areas, fundamentally different from those of the traditional media space in which they had become quite masterful, and a failure to listen to the leadership that attempted to grow the business in that area. In short, a recipe for frustration and what might have led to failure.
