Amazing place to work as an engineering intern, I learned a lot

Some poor communication amongst the variety of teams (That being people outside engineering), but within single teams things are fairly organized and well addressed

At times it was fast paced and had a variety of interesting things to do. For me, it was a rewarding job as I worked toward not only professional, but my own personal goals. The schedule was fair and normally I was able to find time outside of work to have a life. I was never looked down upon if I needed time off for anything.

The pay always struggled to keep pace with the market. One day a month, you literally did not know what time you were going home. I started as a temp. But turnover in temp employees was pretty high so you had to readjust constantly. The job changed as staffing got cut and wasn't as fun as it used to be.
