I’m not joking — this is truly a place where you pay for your sins. Your self-respect dies every day, and you constantly wonder why you’re being punished like this. It’s better to struggle outside than come here and repent. I worked in the sales team — it was a life lesson. This place is like a black hole; it will suck the energy, life, and everything else out of you. The CEO will call you over weekends, after working hours, and late at night. You’ll be asked to work during festivals because he doesn’t believe in religion. Sick leave can be denied, and even if approved, you’ll be pestered the whole day — all under the excuse that your absence is reducing others’ productivity. He hires jokers into leadership roles, and they end up dictating the company. It feels like what Indians might have felt before independence — bullied and trapped.
